Marcela's journey is one of inspiration. Her career began as an educator in Torreon, Mexico, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of engagement. Before dedicating herself to education, she garnered invaluable experience in the corporate insurance sector. Today, as a proud daughter of immigrants from Cuba and Mexico, she brings a unique perspective to her leadership.
